Street Photographer: 9 Shots

I started trying my photography on streets and I found many questions as a beginner.To find the result I think I should learn from the street photographers.And I find something helpful from 9 Shots.





I always want to catch people's natural faces while they walk on the street.But I was always too timid.If I want to closely catch their faces they will strangely stare at me. These pictures tell me that it's also interesting to shoot their staring faces ,if I become braver.I will.


























And it's also many other way's to catch people's faces in  unexpected places.(Mirror mixes inside and reflections of outside.High shooting speed












Children are easier objects for me to practicing.They are confident and interested in facing the camera and give the emotion that you can't find from the adult.

Still life photography maybe is not what I must to learn, but I did shoot a lot of still life photograph as a personal daily mission.(Though I didn't know they are still life photographs.) When I search on the Internet, I found a lot of pictures are included into still life photography, such as many wallpapers, commercial advertisings or even those photos about the lifeless things. Laurens Kaldeway is a photographer who attracts more on the subject's sense of form. All these pictures are screenshot from Kaldeway's 500px website. Josef Koudelka

Josef Koudelka is a Czech Photograher  who’s most famous images were of the Warsaw Pact invasion of Prague in 1968.His photography works are good at narrative and composition skills. Koudelka can maturely use figure to ground to stress the dominate element.The other elements in these pictures are inconspicuous. He also use lead lines to lead our eyes to the most important part of his pictures.And he luckily meets the  historical event for him to give play to his skills.And create the masterpieces.

Street Photographer:Anna Delany

I prefer to looking for somewhere few people in the city.And I enjoy the silent atmosphere of those places.Anna Delany can give me many inspirations for shooting those places. This picture shows her great framing ability.I still need to improve my sight to quickly make up a frame in my mind. I can't understand how to shoot like this picture.Really amazing. These pictures shoots the abandoned buildings inside.I used to explore these places in China before I started photographing.And I always had trouble with adjusting the colours.But now these photos tell me that black and white can well show the old feeling without the dirty colours.
