Josef Koudelka

Josef Koudelka is a Czech Photograher who’s most famous images were of the Warsaw Pact invasion of Prague in 1968.His photography works are good at narrative and composition skills.








Koudelka can maturely use figure to ground to stress the dominate element.The other elements in these pictures are inconspicuous.




He also use lead lines to lead our eyes to the most important part of his pictures.And he luckily meets the  historical event for him to give play to his skills.And create the masterpieces.

Still Life Photographer: Laurens Kaldeway

Still life photography maybe is not what I must to learn, but I did shoot a lot of still life photograph as a personal daily mission.(Though I didn't know they are still life photographs.) When I search on the Internet, I found a lot of pictures are included into still life photography, such as many wallpapers, commercial advertisings or even those photos about the lifeless things. Laurens Kaldeway is a photographer who attracts more on the subject's sense of form. All these pictures are screenshot from Kaldeway's 500px website. Street Photographer:Henri Cartier-Bresson

Henri Cartier-Bresson is a photographer who  pioneered the genre of  street photography , and conceived of photography as capturing a  decisive moment.I  learned a lot of knowledge about street photography which was created by him before I knew him. On the street, he can see the person who has rich narrative and quickly catch the their best and natural dynamics and expressions. He can also find creative angles to create contrast, setting off or satire. His photos always are good at framing.And his picture always tells stories.And make us think about them so we can be absorbed in to his works.
